Terms.

The contract starts when you create an account and accept these terms. Using the rooms requires an active paid subscription, which starts once payment is confirmed.

Access to six AI specialist agents (Observatory, The Deep, Studio, Workshop, Mirror, Zeitgeist) plus the Synthesis layer, the brand profile system, voice feedback, share artefacts, and PDF/DOCX/PPTX exports. The product evolves continuously; the named features are the minimum we provide on your tier. New features may launch and ship without notice.

Microdose is a tool. The strategic outputs are produced by language models guided by our prompts. The work is decision-support, not legal, financial, or medical advice. You are the person making the call.

• Independent: €49/month — up to three brands, saved brand voice, all exports.
• Artist & Musician: €20/month, by request — the full studio on one project.
• Agency: from €199/month, by arrangement — for studios running a house of brands. Talk to us.
• Access requires an active subscription; cancel anytime and your work stays in your account.

You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which room access ends and your work stays in your account until you delete it. Pre-paid months would not be refunded — you keep access for what you paid for. Atypical billing issues (charged in error, billing bug, double charge) are honoured — write to support@microdose.digital and we will resolve them promptly.

You own everything you put into Microdose (brand briefs, voice guidelines, references, descriptions). You own everything the agents produce based on your inputs (positions, audits, syntheses, exports). Microdose does not claim a license to use, republish, or train on your work.

Microdose owns the platform — the agent system prompts, the room architecture, the share-card design, the codebase, the trademarks. Using Microdose does not transfer any of these to you.

You agree not to use Microdose to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law (EU + jurisdiction of your residence).
• Impersonate another person or brand without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer the agent system prompts or extract them via prompt injection. The prompts are trade secrets.
• Use Microdose to train competing AI models.
• Resell agent access — your subscription is for you and your direct collaborators (tier-dependent), not for third-party resale.

Repeated or material breach can result in account suspension. We will tell you what specifically broke the terms and give you a chance to respond before any permanent action.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime — about 3.6 hours of unscheduled downtime per month at the worst. Planned maintenance is announced in-app at least 48 hours before. Microdose depends on Anthropic for language-model access; if Anthropic is down, Microdose is partially down (the rooms cannot generate; the saved work stays accessible).

We do not offer SLA credits at our current scale. If Microdose is materially unavailable for more than 24 hours in a month, write to us — we will do the right thing case-by-case.

Microdose is provided as-is. We do our best to make it correct, fast, and useful, but we cannot warrant fitness for any specific decision you make using it. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, capped at €5,000.

This cap does not apply to: (a) damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our side, (b) damages from death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (c) liability under the German Product Liability Act, (d) breach of guarantees we explicitly gave.

When we change anything material, we email all active accounts at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, you can cancel before the effective date with full pro-rata refund. Continuing to use Microdose after the effective date counts as acceptance. Old versions stay readable at /terms/v1, /terms/v2 (etc.).

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr — we are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards (§ 36 VSBG). We will always try to resolve disputes directly first.
