Subprocessors.
The companies below process Microdose customer data on our behalf. Public so you can audit before signing a Data Processing Agreement. If we add a new subprocessor that handles user content (not just metadata), we email all active accounts at least 30 days before they start processing.
Anthropic PBC
Their privacy →RoleLanguage model API — runs the agents that produce Studio positions, Mirror audits, etc.
Data handledBrand briefs, agent prompts + responses, voice feedback (passed through; not stored on Anthropic side after each turn).
LocationUnited States (data transfer covered by SCCs).
Hetzner Online GmbH
Their privacy →RoleHosting — application servers, database, Redis cache.
Data handledAll Microdose customer data — accounts, brands, threads, exports.
LocationHelsinki, Finland (primary). Falkenstein, Germany (off-site backups).
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Their privacy →RolePayment processing for paid subscriptions — listed in advance; not yet processing payments (billing is not live).
Data handledOnce live: email, customer ID, subscription status, invoice metadata. Card numbers would be handled by Stripe directly; never stored on Microdose servers.
LocationIreland (EU). Some data flows to Stripe Inc. in the United States under SCCs.

Their privacy →RoleTransactional email delivery — verification, password reset, billing receipts.
Data handledSender, recipient, subject, delivery status. Never the body of agent conversations.

Apify

Data handledPublic social-channel handles you provide for the brand brief. Used to fetch publicly visible content; not used for any persistent profiling.

If you supply your own Anthropic key (bring-your-own-key), the language-model data flow for your account runs under your own Anthropic agreement rather than ours.
